1983-03　　　 Syndyne Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. was established by Y. S. Huang.
Capital : NTD 4,000,000-00.
Products : Phenolic Laminated sheets for hot punch, tubes, rods and their fabrication.
1984-06　　　 The manufacturing plant was moved to the present address, and the company was renamed as Syndyne Industrial Co., Ltd.
Capital reaches NTD 7,000,000-00.
Products : All standard sizes of paper base and cloth base Phenolic Resin Laminated sheets, tubes, rods and their fabrication.
1986-12　　　 Purchase land, expand the manufacturing plant, land area reaches 5,602 m2 and building area reaches 1,369 m2.
1988-08　　　 Plant was expanded, building area reaches 2,314 m2; laminate capacity reaches about 200MT/month.
Capital reaches NTD 20,000,000-00.
1990-04　　　 New resin plant established, resin capacity reaches about 500MT/month.
Laminate capacity reaches about 300MT /month.
1992-11　　　 Capital reaches NTD 40,000,000-00.
1994-07　　　 Capital reaches NTD 66,000,000-00.
1995-06　　　 Purchase land and expand the resin plant, land area reaches 8,747 m2 and resin capacity reaches about 1,000MT/month.
1996-06　　　 Plant was expanded with new constructions for office building and research building.
Total building area reaches 4,123 m2; administration, sales and warehouse stock system are computerized.
1999-12　　　 Plant was expanded, building area reaches 6,089 m2; laminate capacity reaches about 900MT/month.

2002-03　　　 Capital reaches NTD 140,000,000-00.
2002-11　　　 Syndyne (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (Vietnam plant) established; land area reaches 11,274 m2 and building area reaches 5,013 m2.
2004-01　　　 Syndyne (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. started production; prepreg capacity reaches about 500MT/month.
2007-03　　　 China Guangdong office opened; building area reaches 7,000 m2.
China Jiangsu office opened; building area reaches 3,000 m2.
2008-05　　　 China Guangdong plant established,
production capacity of 300MT/month.
2010-09　　　 Capital reaches NTD 260,000,000-00.
New manufacturing plant in Liuying Technology Industrial Park.
